We co-create compelling brand stories, engaging digital experiences, & campaigns that create social change.
Our signature co-design process makes sure that our clients and their stakeholders are part of the innovation journey. When innovations and solutions are co-designed, we achieve greater ownership and greater impact.
We begin every engagement with our clients and partners with a discovery call. This 1-hour call helps us to identify the goals and needs of our partners. Through this call, we are also able to assess if our social impact goals and advocacies align with our prospective clients.
The next step in our co-design process is the proposal creation. Using the insights we gathered through the discovery call, our team will craft a proposal tailored to the needs and requirements of our client.
Upon approval of our proposal, one of the most important part of our process is our co-design workshop with our partner or client. During this 4-hour workshop, we take through our partners and even their stakeholders a mini design thinking workshop. In this multi-sectoral workshop, we collaborate with our client in identifying who are the people we are trying to help, what are their pain points and aspirations, what is our problem frame, and what are initial ideas on how we can solve our challenge at hand. This workshop makes sure that everyone is aligned on what we are trying to achieve, and that everyone’s ideas are heard.
Our team will then use the insights and data generated in the co-design workshop to conduct further empathy interviews and research. We will then start drafting our design strategy for the project, which contains all our key insights, findings, and emerging themes, translating them to design principles, elements, and recommendations for the innovation that we are co-creating.
Upon review and approval of our design strategy for the project, our team of expert designers will then work on the visual prototypes that we are co-designing. For digital experiences, it will be in the form of information architecture and wireframes. For toolkits, it can be the draft content and information design. The type of prototypes to be created will of course depend on the needs of the target users of the product or service.
The prototypes we co-designed will then go through rounds of testing and iterations to make sure that they are aligned with the needs and goals of our target users.
After rigorous testing and revisions, the solution we co-designed is now ready for launching. When we launch new social impact innovations with partners, we always remind them that innovation requires continuous learning and improvement. Based on the scope of work identified, our team can also help manage and continuously improve the launched innovations.
