Training Design, Toolkit Design
A three-phase education program designed to create future-ready farmers.
Most Filipino farmers do not use tech tools, which lowers their profitability. With our partners, we created the Digital Farmers Program (DFP), which aims to equip farmers with digital tools to boost their productivity, marketability, and profits.
On top of meeting with the project partners, the team conducted stakeholder interviews to better understand the challenges of the farming community.
From the interviews, we decided that the learning experience would be a 3-ladder program, which starts from the basics of technology up to the technical smart farming tools.
Since the program is a train-the-training program, the team delivered the presentations to a group of trainers from the Department of Agriculture.
