Grounded on the design thinking methodology, the certification program empowers youth leaders and early to mid-career professionals to help solve the most pressing social problems in their communities with the power of creative leadership and facilitation.

The 3-month certification program is divided into 10 touch points scheduled during the weekends.

Joie Cruz is a social entrepreneur, designer, and international innovation coach with more than 8 years of experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and progressive corporations on emerging technologies and social innovation. Since 2017, Joie has trained thousands of individuals and teams on design thinking and innovation. Recently, she has also coached Butuan City into becoming a Grand Prize Winner of the 2021 Global Mayors Challenge by Bloomberg Philanthropies for their innovation called AgriBoost. Joie’s mission is to unleash innovation capability and creativity in people.
